Hands was presented in the art festival "ART GATE OGIKUBO 2020" in Ogikubo Shotengai, Tokyo. This piece was inspired by the origin of Ogikubo, the place tha ta Thousand-armed Avalokiteshvara statue was placed in a hall made out of Japanese plant Ogi. These small hand objects are welcoming the passers-by at the gate. The four hands hold the items of the Thousand-armed Avalokiteshvara statue.
